Carnival #13!

Carnival #13 is up at Ballastexistenz. Amanda has put together a collection of posts about boxes - literal boxes and the boxes of current event labelling and the confining stereotype boxes of daily life. Check it out!

i have GOT to know what all those brain labels say in the pic that you used for the illustration of this post. if you have a higher resolution one handy, that is...

PS: yes, a carnival worth waiting for!

The picture is from Kay at The Gimp Parade. I just borrowed it!

Natalia: I got the image by Googling "brain diagram" under the Images search option and currently it can be found on the second page of that search. The URL for the image is: www.miniscience.com/projects/ModelBrain/Brain_diagram_1.jpg

I'll write up a visual description for the image as a whole, including the unreadable words, and post it at my site later tonight. I should have done that earlier but simply forgot. Basically, the diagram sections off the frontal, prefrontal, parietal, etc. areas of the brain in seven bright colors and labels them "frontal", "prefrontal", "parietal", etc.

So the labels you can't read are fairly dull, I'm afraid.
